You've STUDIED so many things, you KNOW HOW TO CUT and BLEACH HAIR, but NEITHER YOU, NOR YOUR CLIENT feel SATISFIED WITH FINAL RESULT?
After so many years of WORKING IN A BEAUTY SALON or WITH CLIENTS, WHY IS HAIRDRESSING STILL SO DIFFICULT?
The truth is that "studying" HAIRDRESSING is not enough if you want to become a top professional stylist!
The studying process should be correct, special and unique!
When working, a hairdresser combines two activities.
The first one is reactive; it's about working with hands – making partings, sectioning hair, choosing elevation and distribution.
The second one is pro-active; it involves our mind in thinking about a particular client – which length to choose, how to emphasize some face features or hide others and so on.
A reactive activity should be performed automatically.
To do that, you need to improve your motility – and that's the main point of my training.
You don't make mistakes anymore, as the training system prevents their occurrence.
This is called consistency, decomposition and motility
1. A correct performing of work (cutting, styling or dyeing) is decomposed into simpler parts.
2. Each part is worked through separately, that's why the studying process becomes fast, fun and excludes making mistakes.
3. A clear sequence of actions doesn't let you divert attention from your way to success.
